Rent a shelter, room or facility
Need to rent a room at our Community Center, the Aquatics Center, park shelters, tennis court, or soccer field for an event? You've come to the right place! The Roeland Park Community Center and the facilities at R Park and Nall Park are available to reserve year-round. The Roeland Park Aquatics Center is available during the summer season for rentals.
Shelter Rental
Shelters are available to rent at R Park and Nall Park. Shelters are available in half day increments ( 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.) or reservations can be made for full days. Click here to reserve a shelter (click on the tab at the top labeled "Park Reservations").
Shelter Rentals do NOT include access to water hook-ups. Shelter lights are scheduled to turn off at 8:00 PM.

SOCCER & TENNIS COURT RENTAL
| The soccer field and tennis courts located in R Park can be reserved at a rate of $15/hour. The tennis courts are marked for pickle ball as well. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance and recurring reservations can be established. Make a reservation online. |
Community Center Room Rental
Book your next family reunion, bridal shower or reception here. The Community Center is available for public rentals seven days a week. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved up to 12 months in advance. See below for pricing, rental hours, room capacity, equipment rental, policies and procedures. To make a reservation, call 913-826-3160. For more information about the Community Center including rules and programs, click here. Space must be requested at least two weeks (14 days) in advance and made by an individual 21 years of age or older. Renter assumes all responsibility for the group and agrees to be present during the rental throughout its entirety. Proof of residency is required. |

Rental reservations must be initiated Monday-Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.

ROELAND PARK AQUATICS CENTER (RPAC)
| RPAC is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is available to reserve for swim meets or special events outside of the regular business hours. For inquiries on rates and to make a reservation, contact Parks Superintendent at 913-742-7006. |
