Neighborhood Block Party Grant
Roeland Park residents may apply for a grant to host a neighborhood block party. Each grant will reimburse eligible expenses up to $100 per event. Neighborhoods may receive the block party grant once per year.
Eligible expenses are generally limited to disposable goods, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Food
- Paper goods
- Door Prizes
- Entertainment/performers
Ineligible expenses include:
- Alcohol
- Play equipment
- Tent rental
- Stages and/or risers
Neighborhood applicants must complete and receive approval on the Block Party Notification form through the city clerk's office prior to submitting the Block Party Grant Application. The grant application must be submitted before the party. Receipts are required for reimbursement.
